Take Me Out to the Ballgame...

Our neighbors blessed us with some free tickets to go to a Senator's Baseball Game on Wednesday Night.  It was a perfect evening for baseball and we all had a great time!

Alexia and Ryan got to hang out, which they hadn't done in a long time...Ryan was much more interested in the actual game than Alexia was...so after about 30 minutes in the stands -- Alexia noticed a group of kids on the lower deck going to see the Senators' mascot and she wanted to go BY HERSELF to see it with the other kids...she thinks she is so grown up now, but it makes her Mama nervous.  I did allow her to go down since I could keep her within eye sight...she was thrilled!!

On her way back up to the stands where we were sitting, she gave us a wave that said, "See...I told you I was fine to go on my own!!!"  Oh my...I think I'm in trouble...she's growing up way too fast!!!

And, of course, before we left...we had to get a few hugs and pictures with some of the furry/fuzzy friends they met throughout the night ~
